Why we describe these as "most enrolled" rather than "most effective"

The order above reflects historical registration interest, nothing more. It says something about which questions recreational athletes find most pressing, not about which topic has the strongest evidence base or the most practical impact. Sleep, for example, has the most consistent research support of any topic covered in the series, regardless of where it sits on this list in a given month.

New session dates are added to the schedule roughly six weeks in advance. Registrants receive a reminder email with the live link and a short primer on the topic ahead of each broadcast.
